Use this category for topical updates including (but not limited to) funding or award success, event or conference reports, fieldwork or collaborations, non-traditional outputs, and engagement campaigns.

Make sure you include the following

  • A suggested headline
  • At least one cover image (landscape orientation) and other images/media you’d like to include
  • Between 100 and 500 words of text. Make sure you explain why your story is interesting and provide the names and affiliations of all the people involved.

    Use this category for upcoming events, conferences, meetings or seminars which are relevant and open to network members.

    Make sure you include the following

    • Event name
    • Event location, date and time
    • Event description
    • Organiser name and website
    • A link or contact email for more information/booking

      Any kind of publication can be listed including journal articles, books and chapters, reports, conference proceedings, and other resources. Outputs will simply be listed with a link – there is no need to send copies.

      Make sure you include the following

      • The full citation
      • A weblink to download/access the full publication

        Photos or videos

        Please share photos or videos you would like included in the gallery and perhaps used elsewhere on the website, in newsletters, presentations or other media.

        As the file size is often large please email these directly to hello@oak-hope.com or use a file transfer service like WeTransfer.

        Make sure you include the following

        • A list of captions describing the images/videos
        • Credit for the creators/copyright holders of each image
        • The filming location
        • Any restrictions on how/where the images can be used
